Click on the Jamf Connect icon in the menu bar and select “Change Password...”
If you cannot find the Jamf Connect icon in the menu bar, please reach out to IT as per the instructions at the end of this document.
Fill out the form and click “Change password”. Your password needs to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 8 characters in length
- Must contain characters from 3 out of the following categories:
- Uppercase (A-Z)
- Lowercase (a-z)
- Number (0-9)
- Special character ('-!"#$%&()*,./:;?@[]^_`{|}~+<=>)
- Cannot be a password you have used before
If you try to use a password that does not meet these requirements you will get this error:
