To access the Rundle network drives or to resolve the “Alias not found” issue on previously accessible network drives, launch the Self Service application on your device.
You can find Self Service in Launchpad on your computer's Dock. Alternatively, click on the magnifying glass in the top right corner of your screen and search for "Self Service".
In Self Service, navigate to the Browse tab and locate an application that looks like this: (the name of the application will differ depending on your school)
Click Create Shortcut. Enter your username and password if prompted, and two shortcuts for the Data and Public network drives should get created on your Desktop.
